Phillips Janitorial Services was established in 2005 to provide comprehensive single source cleaning to Major Corporations and Local Businesses in the Delaware Valley Area. We currently operate in a 50 mile radius of Mullica Hill, NJ (our home base). Patrick Phillips, our owner spent most of his early adult years fruitfully in the financial services industry. First in the insurance and investments field and then the mortgage banking industry as a manager, whose constant motivation of his staff allowed them to exceed goals consistently. He left the mortgage industry in early 2007 to focus entirely on managing and growing Phillips Janitorial Services, which he founded in 2005.

Patrick discovered the need for a cleaning service that provided a consistently good quality of clean from his observation of the frequent change of cleaning companies by his employer and from conversations with a colleague who similarly experienced frequent cleaning quality issues at a business he owned.
